Preparation Activities

In this page we are going to have all the preparation activities that has been done from partner organisations and the participants for their preparation of the Youth Exchange that they will take part:

July 2023 Starting of the program – first communication with the partners. Online Meeting about the project for partners organisations

August 2023 Create a group in Facebook with all the trainers / leaders participating in the project for an easier exgange of ideas or questions about the program and for better communication, thought sharing and actions. Facebook Group Page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/683135967193648 

September 2023 Selection of the participants that will participate in YE in October 2023 (from 30 of September till 8 of October 2023)

October 2023 Signing contracts with all participants of the training and the organisations. Online Meeting about the project with all participants

November 2023 Facebook group will be extented to all participants except from leaders, trainers and failitators of the orgnizations. Facebook page for the moment is going to be a closed page – after in dissemination is going to open for all the people for dissemination of the results.

December 2023 Online meeting with the partners, and the participants preparing for the Logo Contest

December 2023 - January 2024 To organise a meeting with participants at the places, to discuss the aim and topic of the YE, giving them tasks for the preparation. Preparing Cultural nights from each country with theatre, art and dances from their area. Sustainable food from their area learning how to prepare and preparing a video with their preparation work. Logo contest Online meeting with the participants 

January 2024: Participants will be in our webpage (photo of the particiupant and also expectations fromthe program in the photo (Photo must be in photoshop or other application so to write also their expectation in the photo). 

February 2024 Sending a full infopack to participants about upcoming project with the whole information, orginizing practical and logistic processes.

January – February 2024 Participants do a research on the topic of clothes recycled and also reusing as wellas different methods of reusing clothing or recycle clothing. GREEN Wardrobe  prepare presentations from the countries.

16 of February 2023: Big Online meeting with all participant for the results of Logo Contest and also for defining the preparation activities that participants will do following months. Online meeting at 18.00 CET at the link: meet.google.com/awv-dios-thk   

February 2024: Organising a festivity or visiting a place with green fashion and clothes re-use

February 2024: Project planning and implementation. The project includes the creation of four posters, in every country. The Posters will represent Clothes Recycling and reusing and ways to promote it. The posters can be in any form, like comics but they must be accurate and enjoyable

March 2024: Article preparation from groups by each country, writing about their work and what they have done during the whole program (from September 2023 till March 2024). Articles will be published to our webpage. In general the following must be prepared from all National Teams:

• (a) Participation in Logo Contest
• (b) Report of their action in Green Wardrobe in their areas (photos and description of clothes recycling or reusing)
• (c) Posters of the participants to be in the webpage 
• (d) 4 posters each National Team in electronic form to be represented in the Youth Exchange (Posters will be put also in webpage)
