Bulgaria Preparation Activities

As soon as we got the invitation to take part in your project in December, we immediately started preparing. We, as an organization, had a small idea about which participants to pick, so it was very easy and fast. We did a quick meeting with the participants in December , but no photos were taken on that day. We did discuss the topic of the project, tried to share any kind of experience connected with recycling cloth, but unfortunately in our city it is not a very popular habit.

As organization, Sport club "Gram v raya" Svilengrad in cooperation with SPRTSROOM, We have done donation charity with old clothes and we donated them to cildren in schools with special needs many years ago

About the presentation: Sadly in Bulgaria it is very uncommon for us to recycle any type of materials, statistics and details are old and not updated. We do have campaigns about bottle cap recycling but that is the most. We have made a small presentation how we understand recycling and what we need to do to make our environment better and healthier. In our school we have subjects where students do have tasks to prepare presentations about recycling and they have to show it to everyone in the school. It is amazing activity, but it lasts until the end of the day. Presentation can be found in the following file: 

Posters: On our meeting in early March, we did three hours of discussion, dance practice, we made list of what food we want to bring for you to taste and try and a small play. We divided our tasks among ourselves according to each other abilities
